The Ron DeSantis campaign has slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom’s “blueprint for failure” and explains why their upcoming debate between the two candidates will be the “biggest one yet.”
The DeSantis campaign has criticized Newsom for what they describe as failed healthcare, taxes, homelessness, and other policies. At the same time, they have touted DeSantis’ record, arguing that his “strong and steady leadership” of Florida, coupled with his “commitment to common sense, fiscally responsible policies,” has made the Sunshine State the premier destination for businesses and families.
The DeSantis campaign has also argued that the upcoming debate between the candidates will be the “biggest one yet” due to its “nationwide importance,” its timing near the November election, and the “strong contrast in philosophies, policies, and visions” between the two. They hope the debate will draw attention to the stark differences between DeSantis’ “pro-growth, pro-taxpayer, and pro-worker agenda” and Newsom’s “failed policies”.
