Former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis pleads guilty in Georgia election interference case

Former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis has pleaded guilty in connection with an investigation into her involvement in the “Stop the Steal” movement during the 2020 presidential election. Ellis plead guilty to attempting to interfere with the conduct of the general election by engaging in a conspiracy to illegally access the Georgia voter registration website. She was sentenced to five years of probation and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine.
