VanEck’s Ethereum Strategy ETF, which was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in March, is currently on track to list on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). The ETF is one of several launched by the company, which also includes bitcoin and gold ETFs. VanEck’s ETF will track the performance of the Ethereum token (ETH) by investing in derivatives, such as futures contracts, and other securities that track the digital asset. The SEC has yet to approve the ETF, but with the recent approval of the VanEck SolidX Bitcoin ETF, the listing of the Ethereum Strategy ETF is thought to be just around the corner.
